Cooling Lubricant - Milling and Turning Heavy

• Clean the tank and pipes with Machine and Material Cleaner - Organic Pollution and rinse with a solution of Machine and Material Cleaner - Disinfectant.
• Rinse the tank and pipes with a 1:100 solution of this product until the rinse water is clear.
• Fill the tank with the amount of water required, then add the correct amount of product: 4:100 to 8:100 for machining cast iron, steel and stainless steel and 5:100 to 10:100 for drilling, turning and milling cutters for machining common aluminum alloys. For non-standard aluminum alloys, carry out a compatibility test beforehand.
• Regularly check the acidity and brix value of the coolant. The user concentration is 1.65 times the brix reading. The pH should be between 7 and 8.
• Add additional product if necessary, depending on the readings.

• Store frost-free.

10 liters = 1 can of 10 liters
20 liters = 2 cans of 10 liters
30 liters = 1 can of 30 liters
60 liters = 2 cans of 30 liters
120 liters = 4 cans of 30 liters
210 liters = 1 barrel of 210 liters
240 liters = 8 cans of 30 liters
420 liters = 2 barrels of 210 liters
840 liters = 4 drums of 210 liters
