Shipping policy

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped within 2 working days. However, we may not always meet this deadline, as sometimes products are out of stock, which can delay your order. The product page provides an estimated delivery time. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

We standardly ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. If you are located outside these areas, you can request a personalized quote for products, and we will offer you the best shipping options.

We don't ship 10 liter cans to Austria.

Warranty

We care about our products and strive to deliver them in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens, entitling you to a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
