• Dilute the product 1:20, depending on the contamination.
• Spread this solution with a pressure sprayer, sponge, sprayer or
foam lance over the surface.
• In case of stubborn deposits, use a brush or pad if necessary.
• Leave on for a few minutes, but do not let it dry. Do not leave on for longer than 15 minutes.
• Rinse the surface with plenty of water.
• If necessary, repeat the application.

• Do not apply to cast iron, zinc or natural stone.
• The product fits within every HACCP
management system.
